XENOVA CO., LTD. provides the Xenova One App e‑Tax module to help authorized users prepare, send and track business and tax documents through Gmail and the relevant ETDA workflow. These terms apply to that module together with any service agreement with your organization.

Account and authority

You must be authorized to use the app, connect the Google account, and send and access your organization’s documents. Maintain appropriate account and user access controls. Google OAuth consent is optional and revocable; declining or revoking it disables the related Gmail sending or checking functions. Do not use another person’s account without authorization.

User responsibilities

Check recipients, email addresses, tax identifiers, document numbers, amounts, attachments and test/production settings before sending. You are responsible for accuracy, lawful processing and required record keeping. Do not send spam, malware or unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or bypass security controls.

Document status and limitations

A successful email send or matched reply does not certify tax accuracy or full legal compliance. A status based on an ETDA email subject and sender-authentication data does not verify the PDF’s digital signature. You must review documents and evidence using the relevant systems. This service is not tax, accounting or legal advice.

Google and external services

Google, Gmail and ETDA are subject to their providers’ terms, quotas, permissions and availability. Delays or external outages may affect sending and checking. If a send result is uncertain, review the evidence before retrying to avoid duplicate documents.

Data and content rights

You or your organization retain rights in your data and documents, allowing only the processing needed to provide the instructed service under our Privacy Policy. Connecting Google does not transfer ownership of your data to us. Google-data Limited Use restrictions apply as described in that policy.

Termination, suspension and liability

You may disconnect Google and stop using the module. Access may be suspended for unauthorized or unlawful use or security risks. Termination does not automatically delete records subject to legal retention. We use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Liability is governed by the applicable service agreement and law; these terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
